I’m not your typical psychologist—I value humour, authenticity, and emotional depth. I’m not here to just listen and offer generic advice.

Many of my clients come to me already aware of what's holding them back. They've tried lots of things, but nothing has led to lasting change. I pick up where other therapists generally leave off.

With nearly 15 years of experience and a deep understanding of how our past relationships and experiences shape us, I see beyond surface-level issues and connect with the deeper patterns that are affecting your life.

  • I work with individuals leading demanding lives who often feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities and struggle to find balance. They recognize the need for change but aren't sure how to make it happen amidst their busy schedules.

    I help uncover the root causes of emotional and physical exhaustion, guiding clients to break free from the patterns of chronic stress. Together, we shift beliefs about their ability to handle pressure to create lasting change.

  • I help individuals heal from past experiences that are impacting their current relationships. As clients work through these underlying issues, they often experience a shift in how they view themselves and others, leading to greater empathy, understanding, and trust.

    This improved emotional regulation reduces conflict, deepens emotional connections, and creates a sense of safety in relationships. By breaking free from old patterns, individuals build more authentic and positive connections with those around them.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is highly effective in treating a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, particularly those rooted in trauma. EMDR facilitates the brain’s natural healing process, helping individuals process distressing memories in a way that reduces their emotional charge. Aside from stress, burnout, and interpersonal difficulties, EMDR is commonly used to help individuals with PTSD, anxiety disorders, phobias, depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, and unresolved grief.

Connect

The first step is booking an initial 50 min session to explore your goals and desired outcomes, determine what approach is a good fit, and discuss what to expect from me and our sessions.

Step 2

Plan

When you're ready, we'll schedule your weekly or intensive sessions in advance to secure your place in my schedule. For intensives, a deposit is required within 48 hours to reserve your appointments.

Step 3

Transform

Where we do the work! I’ll guide you through your EMDR experience and help you heal. You’ll begin to lead a more fulfilling life, with deeper relationships, and a clearer understanding of yourself.
