Since 2011, I have offered therapeutic services to youth, adults, couples, and groups, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, sleep disturbances, stress management, major life transitions, and relationship challenges—practicing first as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and now as a Licensed Psychologist.
My passion for therapy is in the opportunity it allows individuals to redefine how they engage in their relationships and in the world around them. Through the therapeutic process, clients gain valuable insights into their behaviours, empowering them to make meaningful changes and live more fulfilling, purposeful lives.
